I have a question, how do you get the "craft numbered items"? Do you just have to stockpile refined and craft it a ton of times, and if you get some regular craft hats you craft them together? (Right after a new update)

Also, do miscs work in a similar way to hats? Like can you get a misc item from 3 refined recipe or from combining 2 hats?
