That guy scammed me once by replacing a dropped level 1 Tc with a crafted one, too bad I lost all the proofs needed to report him to sr, steam support confirmed the scam, but he only got a warning :(

I don't understand? He wants to trade but then retracts his offer as soon as he makes it. This happened within the span of a minute, so you can picture how fast he retracted his offer.
I also asked him to read the notes because I specifically said do not add me unless you accept my price. Which is another one of my pet peeves when someone adds me to make an offer.

To be fair, if I specifically asked in trade notes for offers, that's kinda what I'd expect. Asking me to essentially offer on my own stuff in this situation isn't needed at all. That's just me though.
It's equally annoying when I list an item at market price, and say clearly "Selling for market price", and then suddenly everyone's offering me less.
