Perhaps sample the darker colors from Liquidator's Lid for the shirt, and lighter portions of Sniper's shirts for the tie? Edit: Made Man for tie, Billycock icon for shirt.

I can see through the backfaces of the cuff on the right hand in this pic. Assuming that's not intentional. Also, is the tie clipping into the body or is the spy wearing some kind of under-coat or comerbun or something that the tie's being tucked into? How would that look with the cigar in hand and the cigarette taunt? Does the cigar just disappear or something? Cigar in one hand, cigarette in the other - I like the excess of that.

That clipping is due to shoddy animating by Valve. Try it out! And yes, the tie goes to his lil' vest under his jacket. Thank you for the feedback! you could just cap the hole I mean I know it's a minor issue and it's valve's fault but technically you can fix it
