The SMG is damn nice, and the misc is nifty too, but the rifle feels kind of like a bunch of different firearm accessories were haphazardly tossed together with complete disregard for functionality.

Sniper rifles never have magazines of such capacity, it would get in the way of lying prone or resting it on anything. I suppose you're trying to make it make sense with the current animations, just say it's a 25 round magazine to explain the lack of reloading but I think it would look much better with a smaller magazine, and also with a less protruding magwell.

Wire stocks don't exist to be good, they exist to be folded or retractable. This appears to be neither, and would be extremely impractical for a marksmanship. As Batandy say it looks too flimsy, and you said that you might thicken it up. May I suggest that you style it more along the lines of this?

Still gives you a similar sort of look and differentiates it from other sniper rifles in-game while still looking like something sturdy enough to be able to properly brace yourself using.

I know actually making sense isn't out utmost importance in TF2, but design should at least somewhat follow the principles of actual functionality to achieve the appearance of looking like it could work.
And tbh these issues don't only seem to be issues of logistics but aesthetically I find it makes the whole thing look a little wonky. Also feels a tad stubby, though a thicker stock may help in that regard.

Anywho, hope you take this into consideration, looking forwards to seeing an improved, finished product!

I thought whole spy suit replacements end up looking bulky around the shoulders and such. Also, the second style really takes a away a ton of his team colors.

The first one wouldn't really need the full replacement, that's just me attempting to hide the fact i forgot to draw pinstripes. the second one would however need the full replacement, and is intended to be waterlogged lab-coat like the medic's coat.
