well, it's a cane, it's pretty simple, probably best i could do is give it more of a broken wood look.

I think it looks a bit better, but I dunno. My big problem with all these Pyro unmasked mods is that they don't look like the kind of delusional doof who sees the world as babies and kittens and rainbows and wears random objects as hats. They all look too serious and not goofy enough.

I think you need to remember that the Pyro is an armed schizophrenic that the eight other armed psychopaths fear.
I dig on this unmasked Pyro more than any other, because he has that... silent psychopath look to him. This is the image used for the Wikipedia article on "shellshock". The soldier in the bottom left is described as having a "thousand-yard stare", a symptom I imagine an unmasked Pyro exerting. I put this picture together for the sake of context, mostly for myself [img]https://dl.dropbox.com/u/39556064/Faces.jpg[/img] Most notable thing I need to do is to define the lines better and get some sharper transitions, It's all too soft atm One thing you'll need to keep in mind when critting this is that svdl wants him looking relatively young (wich i agree suits pyro) something in between scout and the other classes, so things like mouth lines and stubble needs to be kept quite subtle
If you want him to look young, then you're not archieving that in my opinion. I know you have to keep a similar head shape, but he looks older than most classes for me. Or maybe I'm just blind, who knows.
