Once they removed stuff like the cream spirit Pyro gloves and the weird shade of greyish blue on the Medic this mod became a must-have imo).

Given that it's all class, it was probably easier to just create a mesh and spawn it with a command (but then again, this IS Valve). And no, I don't have any ideas yet, but if we can get some animators and modelers together, I'm sure I could dust off my working folder for unique animations in engine and get them going working again.
