Hey, I am new to modding and stuff an I am trying to see if I can edit the cow-mangler particles to be the color brown. Where should I start? and is this possible? I was planning on reskinning the mangler with brown stripes instead of Team Colors and the sounds would be earrape or sounds of flatulence. It sounds childish but I am determined. Man I keep wanting to make items that don't jive with or require small adjustments to the existing animations. Speaking of animation mods. What is the proper way to create a mod that replaces a weapons animations? I know a method that works for testing on the client side, but it breaks the animations if you go on any other server.
I missed a few hundred posts, is there any news on that maskless Pyro skin?

the shotgun/scattergun thing is really confusing me. why would it need a pump and a lever at the same time?

for the sake of the custom animations we have in mind for it. the lever is for reloading, mostly in thirdperson, and the pump is used after firing and drawing the gun.

Possible new emotion, better lods, better paintablility etc. plus it would get more attention to your nice item.
