How was it uncalled for exactly? You guys were JUST taking shots at him
Man. I should not post to the workshop when Psyke, Svdl, sexy robot, etc are posting work. Ya got so many followers even if my item does well I will never top 3. lol I just can't compete with those numbers.
I know what you mean, it also seems hard for people to even vote/comment on your stuff when those guys post things.
How was it uncalled for exactly? You guys were JUST taking shots at him
No we weren't?
Buy a wacom.
first thing I'm doing when my valve earnings arrive btw
first thing I'm doing when my valve earnings arrive btw
If you can afford a Cintiq, I'd say get one. Some people swear by them, some say there's no point to them. I just know I couldn't draw digitally without one. regular wacoms just weren't accurate enough. It felt like shooting a gun at your feet, in order to hit someone in front of you.

I can't afford a tablet and I can't find a legit photoshop pirate so I'm stuck with my mouse and paint.net which aren't bad mind you
Drawing Tablets are used for texturing right?
they seem way beyond my budget, maybe in the future but i think i'll start with something more afordable
I saw this recently, it's apparently a decent alternative to Cintiqs at a fraction of the price, might be worth looking into: http://frenden.tumblr.com/post/38693256477/yiynovamsp19u Although a fraction of Cintiq prices is still pretty big, so. :P
Drawing Tablets are used for texturing right?
Well, yeah, they can be used for texturing. I don't use a tablet. I have one... an old one... uh... somewhere. But I don't use it. I can hand-draw on paper with a pencil and such, too, but I still use my mouse for texturing. Maybe I'm just lazy, maybe I just need to buy a new tablet. I dunno.
Nothing wrong with a mouse for texturing.
Honestly, if you use a mouse for texturing and can still produce high quality work I have great respect for you. Because I know that I, for one, can't draw shit with a mouse. Then again, I've never been known for my artistic prowess.
I can't afford a tablet and I can't find a legit photoshop pirate so I'm stuck with my mouse and paint.net which aren't bad mind you
isnt photoshop cs2 free now?
isnt photoshop cs2 free now?
No, they just stopped logging registrations of it on their servers.
I can draw with pencil and paper pretty decently. But the moment I have a tablet pen in hand I can't seem to get a thing done. Also that article you posted DMY, they seemed to have the tablet standing upright. Do people really use them like that? I really wouldn't be able to draw like that
How was it uncalled for exactly? You guys were JUST taking shots at him
well to be fair, shots at his work is different from shots at his personal life
Also that article you posted DMY, they seemed to have the tablet standing upright. Do people really use them like that? I really wouldn't be able to draw like that
That's probably in part cos it doubles as a monitor, but I know a lot of artists draw at an upright angle using drawing boards. Just takes getting used to, I guess. Personally I use my Bamboo flat on the desk, though.
Go tablet or go home
el policia
be careful when using Russian words I have learned the hard way that it opens the door for being corrected, and a bunch of Russians will assume you speak Russian and comment in Russian, and a bunch of Russians will insult westerners for whatever reason they can make up [editline]28th January 2013[/editline] someone actually commented that westerners are stupid because they think that just because heavy is Russian he should have Russian items like wtf
el policia
What does the word translate to, exactly?
What does the word translate to, exactly?
"Sandvich"
Based on my rudimentary knowledge of cyrillics, the visible letters would be pronounced something like 'Itsy'.
If google translate is right, this is "Sandvich": Бутерброд So no, it's not that.
