does anyone have any experience with making alphas with gimp? its a bit confusing for me.
having a few issues with the importer, the shoes won't compile because of this

It isnt listed for me, seems any thread that hadnt gotten a post in the span of a month is hidden.
Does the ingame Workshop import tool work with weapons? I gave it a go to make sure I submit it properly or whatever, but it only has options for like backpack or head and stuff.
so i attached my candy grenades to the pyros grenade bones and i thought his default ones would disappear, but they didnt.

the wrapping parts at the ends of the candy are see-through when you look inside them. i checked and the faces are all facing outward. is because its just a plane and not really 3d? is that a no-no?

It looks as though it isn't using the correct VMT. Are you sure you are using the one that I sent? It is supposed to be all shiny like so:
