Progress is being made on khaki shorts sniper! Chemical Alia is blocking out the gun, while I'm doing the same to the legs. A lot of this is just block out, but we're looking to have some really cool stuff soon. Whoever finishes first gets to make the hat. It looks as if all he ever does is bicycle uphill. keep in mind this guy doesn't actually move around much, he's probably the most inactive class and honestly both items lack stylization, they're too normal and realistic looking, too detailed even, (i understand the legs will be simpelr and normalmapped but even still) Main suggestion is exaggerate and simplify the shapes and features

Also, the muscular legs don't really match the rest of the body, both in terms of the snipers body type and the poly distribution, which is visual unsettling. It's certainly well modeled though regardless.

The truth of the matter is there's no body group for the legs, so this has to fit over the default. To make it look like legs and not like a tube and to allow skinning to work, we are taking some liberties. If valve adds a bodygroup, we'll adjust the low to fit with his current legs to make everybody happy. We are going to be real careful about detail level, and this is just a block out. A lot of the style will come through after everything is where we want it and through texture.
