They make the most basic hats, into elaborate loadout completing hats
but that could be done easily by just using flair and a small edit on the texture of one of the caps.

one big issue here is how the sleeves cover the only bright spots he has,
this also being the reason demo didn't get to have the Champ Stamp if i remember correctly

On the flat, circular part of head, you should put the engineer insignia, maybe make it stick out or in a small bit. I think it would make it look kind of branding iron-esque, which is what I thought of when I saw it.
Also, the yellow on the battery is a little too yellow for being to close the the engineer's glove. It looks off.
