I know you're at the textures, but that part is really too thin. Nothing in TF2 is that thin.

really id like a prop specifically for custom egypt-themed maps, a sarcophagus like so: [url=http://cdn.uberreview.com/wp-content/uploads/sarcophagus-storage-cabinet.jpg](img)[/url] (doesn't have to have an open lid version unless you're feeling sassy)
but with the likeness of saxton hale's head.
uhhh... i dont really know how requests for people to do models like that go, if people usually just do it for free, so sorry for the naivety. but the lack of sarcophagi for egypt theme really bothers me. would work great for zombie mvm or creepy egypt halloween maps.

where does the sound for the sticky jumper's flying/fall goes into the tf2 folder?

the model needs to be pushed more to be more metal, right now it looks like its plastic, the texture doesnt help in that regards much either

should have just helped you mark hard edges. I don't know how that works in blender but that's what you want. What he's doing is just giving you a bunch of extra polies. He's clearly coming from a rendering viewpoint, not a game model one.
also, what are you using this for? because I hate the TF logo on items, and I hate it more when it's modeled

Looks much better. Though the meat really looks weird to me, it looks as if someone put glue on it :v:
