I think the medic one would be better without hair, but the rest of them are awesome.

I think with the Heavy one, it'd be good to add some identifiable item like the Ushanka to it, like you did with the Soldier and the Stogie.
Currently, there's not a massive amount differentiating the Heavy one and the default one, whereas all the others have it pretty obvious.
It was mostly just a proof of idea thing
but i'm sure if people want it. sexyrobot could be pushed into making the other classes.

Looks really nice. I dig anything beta-esq. You should tackle Heavy's old mullet to go with it.

You could just wear the heavy's hockey hair
You could just wear the heavy's hockey hair
They might look similar if you moved all the hair below the neck to the top of his head.

If anything Brock's Locks look more like it.
The one man army is probably the closest.

Why is there a shotgun between the Heavy's feet?

T-That's not where you keep yours...?
As you all can tell i've been posting less and less here, to the point were it can be upwards of a month between my updates. this has been due to a combination of my work schedule and the lack of motivation to do much in my free time
this will probably the most you will see of me in a while, i am going to be dropping my current project for now, i might pick it back up and re-work it from scratch in the future though at the moment i am not satisfied with it. i feel like i am shooting myself in the foot being content with the extremely basic skillset that i have in blender, so i am going to be pushing myself to learn 3ds max and eventually zbrush along with the other aspects of 3d design. with the reality of heading off to college in the fall(my game plan is to do 2 years of community and then transfer from there) i will be trying my best to allocate my free time to include practicing and expanding upon my modeling. i will still be frequenting this forum as i enjoy seeing all of the cool items you guys are putting out
hopefully within a few months i can post an item of much higher quality than my previous works that i can be proud of
I feel like modelling something for TF2, and require concepts. Throw them at me.

If it does get made, id recommend a broken and normal pyro mask.
[t]http://puu.sh/1YGXW[/t]
made the orange more noticeable. what do y'all think?

The fire looks a bit low on the image, can you make it so the little bottom swirl is centered on the weapon? Also, the flame bits seem a bit dull and could be pointier.

well this looks dumb
Greets all. First time doing misc clothing. Is there any way to get a rigged tf2 character model for reference or am I to be stuck eyeballing and iterating?
I tried decompiling the mdls from my tf2 install, but stuff's either not in the folders it's supposed to be in or I'm looking in the wrong place. The only Heavy mdl I find mostly decompiles a lot of flex stuff and the unrigged heavy_morphs_low.dmx.smd to go with said flex animations. This machine was just back from an RMA and fresh install a little over a month ago and, while I've run tf2, I haven't played any matches on this box yet so if that's what I need to populate the gcf or something, let me know, but I'm probably just looking in the wrong directory in the gcf.

they should be in your steam/steamapps/*yoursteamname*/sourcesdk_content/tf/modelsrc/player/*class*/parts folder. you'll have your choice of dmx, maya or smd files, so you wont have to decompile anything.
