I'd say they're both going for around 3-5 hats depending on the quality. Earbuds probably a little more.

Earbuds: 4-6 hats, (depends on quality/vintage) or a combo of hats + refined/keys

Bill's: 3-5 hats, or 1-2 valuable hats

I've seen it go for a couple of refined, but that was when it was still halloween and everyone wanted it. Combine it with something low, like a hatless and you might get a hat for it, but I haven't seen many people interested in it lately
