Big Kill and Vintage Luger are equaled the same IMO, but some say the Big Kill is more valuable. I'd say you could at least get a vintage hat or two (based on quality) out of either of them, but there are plenty who would give more for them. I've seen people give Unusuals for Vintage Lugers.
NonV Medic Mask is probably worth around two non vintage hats, depending on quality. Or maybe one pretty good vintage hat.
Non-vintage Whiskered Gentleman I'm actually not sure about. I'd say an average non vintage hat, but that's just me.
Really it all matters on who you're trading with and if vintage means anything to them.
