I prefer sell. If you craft for example: Tyrant's Helm you can trade for medium tier value hats.

From $50 to $60, really depends on the seller/place.

Some guys have scored $50 or $60 dollars games for XXXX or XXXXX digit soldier medals so anything is possible.
