Yeah, I just can't find anyone that would trade 2 hats for the Shako anymore. Maybe before it was turned into a "crate" hat.

I think with crates going down in value so much, they should just allow crate crafting.
Since there are so many crates being added into the game and little interest in them though, it should be something like crafting a crate with a crate increases the chance of unusual by 0.10%. Or maybe 0.5%.
