Hi guys, you know all thses "I'll give you 5 hats for 1 game" deals we keep seeing? Well I know that its hard to trust people who you haven't met and have no way of getting them punished if they scam you. I think I have a solution though. We should all come to an arrangement to nominate a few people to be intermediaries for these kinds of traded. For example, MRTW113 (random person from thread) is the intermediary for me and someone else, I want then game and the other guy wants the hats. I sent MRTW113 the hats, and once I have confirmed the game has been recieved by me. He trades the other guy the hats. I don't know if you think this would work or not. But from this thread and other I have noticed alot of the same people. There could be some kinda of payment I dunno in hats/metal for the intermediary for his/her time in helping out. I just think this kina of system would make it alot safer and thus for everyone. Its just an idea anyway. Agree or Disagree?

Here is a good tip: [b]I do not recommend the trade-half-first-then-trade half after method when trading for games!![/b] Seen a good number of people who lost out. Many traded half first, then the other person blocked them. Steam Support can't verify stuff like this, and stated they're not going to help you. Also, Advanced Terror, I would love to be an intermediary. I have 0 motivation to take anything from anyone, because I have all the hats I want and more already. Only problem for me usually is backpack space. Also, IMO if the person wants the game enough (like I did) gifting the game FIRST sounds more like a deal. Sounds strange, but if the person gets the game they wanted it is likelier that they could care less about the hats.
