If i remember well a guy traded his bills beret for 2 unusuals with decent effects.
Then I assume that was a one-time thing because I can barely even get 2 unusuals for my Max's head and that's considered the rarest hat in TF2 right now.

Look for desperate people in SPUF or trade servers, i get good trades for rare hats everytime from these kids that goes for rarity instead of quality.
