I've come to conclusion that spy doesn't need a laser weapon. You see, spy is a "pro" class, and most laser weapons are meant to be used by new players, as they're easier to use than their hitscan counterparts (due to their hitbox). So if you had a spy laser pistol, only pros would use it to annoy the hell out of everyone and their dogs.

A laser weapon wouldn't fit him under those aspects. If you ask me that is.
