I got banned just now. All I did was kill Jelly once, and it was at the control point on koth_saw, which from what I could see everyone was fighting there. The reason for my ban was "I HAVE YET TO MEET SOMEONE WHO CAN OUTSMART BULLET"

I was using Drawplus 8, a program mainly for making vector images. I can't find a crop tool and it doesn't support vtfs or tga's. I haz no shop.
