The.. Cheap buildings? Mod was turned on, there was about 6 blu engineers (incl. me :P) each building.. 20 or so sentries in front of red's spawn.. However it did not seem very laggy imo.. And the crash happened out of the blu (pun) so I'm not sure if it was this or another issue.
