If you do it this way it's incredibly hard to manage.
Change tf_flamethrower_burstammo to 0, set both teams to pyro, slay all, disable class enforcer, admin goes soldier, enable it again, soldiers gets a billion HP. And usually it's 100% crits, so they don't need HP because they die to one rocket.

about the first one I wanted the server to know how to play. since they cant do shit about burstammo i dont think i should put it up. just basic rules.
