It's soo funny to look at this op, i got the felling to get back in the 90's.

Head, shoulders, torso, knees and boots are fine imho, the arms are missing the radius (or is it the unlna?) so if anything you might need to add a few, but besides that i say very minimal can be fixed, atm the player models are around 988-1256 (spy being the lowest, soldier being the highest) but that was only after all the modifications that had to be done to them.

Otherwise I'd alpha it.

Hat doesn't fit on the head very well and the string thing needs to be thicker.
And the glasses are horrible + too high res, just model them don't alpha them
