Make the uv mapping of the new model, take whatever reference u need and pronto. You can't just throw a primitive out there and call it a low poly hat, you actually have to attempt to make it look like a real hat.
i hav made my own sniper hands, they are much better than the player hands in the pack, and use about a third of the default player model hands [IMG]http://i988.photobucket.com/albums/af3/Insaneicide/sniperhands.jpg[/IMG] current tricount is 670 on the dot each knuckle is modeled so that everything looks and runs smoothly, after i rig them to the skeleton

I'm serious. This thing doesn't look remotely like the Brain Bucket. I don't particularly like telling people they're not good at things, but [i]you're not good at this[/i] - and unless you know that you won't get any better either. You should make sure you know what you're actually doing before you try to join in on a project like this. That's all, folks.

hmmm, would anyone like to trash some paints, for when i get the fedora paintable, i wanna test that out, but dont have any, they will be immediatly removed (unless someone donates black, as i will test that one last) and something for my villians veil

There's a guide for it on the wiki.

wait, wut, u can do that now? i thought item_test was only for NEW weapons and hats
you can load replacements in it too
