All this stuff is looking great, I somehow want valve to put this in the actual game when it's done as an option for low end computers.

I'm not angry or anything, I'm just trying to help him out because well, he won't get any better if he doesn't realize he needs to get better.
um, i need to adress an importnat issue about the player models... the scout doesnt technically have the dogtags as a part of his model, (i can substitute a fake submodel, that both are blank) BUT this causes an issue for me as it screws with the original style of his model, now this isnt the first time i have raised the issue of the dogtags, i proposed the option of them being a part of the actuall model, but was still indebate over weather or not to go through with it, after some talking with Revenant 100, we decide not to, now that The sign of the Wolf School is a part of the witcher 2 pack, that beings up this issue, should we leave it, keeping the model as is, and adding it in as a seperate model for it, or should i model the dogtags and get someone to remove it from the texture? alrighty revenant 100 is getting the tags removed from the textures, ima put thye new tags on the model

just looks kinda funny to have the default animations on such lowpoly models. you also need low res particle effect textures or completely redone effects.

To me it seems like all you're doing is decreasing the polycount. I really don't see a point in doing this but...it's your opinion.
