EFFIN YEAHHHHHH! FINALLY! Umm umm, oh gosh i'm so confused right now, are there multiple things in the box, other than wheatley? And WTF is that captain jack thing? Can someone help explain all this because I'm going nuts?
So is the sapper being given out ingame yet?
So is the sapper being given out ingame yet?
yep
This is the year of the promos. So far we've had BioShock Infinite, Tomb Raider, BIT.TRIP Runner2, Brütal Legend, The Cave, Linux, TF2 Action Figures, Don't Starve, Poker Night 2 and Portal 2 Soundtrack
Totally worth the wait.

Shank kill icon [t]http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/864962252498583738/7670995D47757BC7BA31F42AE907A290FD525D08/[/t] IT ALSO CRIT GLOWS, PRAISE THE HEAVENS I am currently using a piece of meat as a weapon and eat a sandvich made of metal. What is wrong in the world!?
Kill icon for ham before skullbat Cruel world
email them again, they probably forgot
The way he holds it is disgusting. Skull bat icon is ironic and retro.
Kill icon for ham before skullbat Cruel world
skullbat isnt a promo item, so they dont care
Guys, does all this stuff come from the portal box?
what the fuck does the invis watch track time spent invisible?
lets all ask the same questions again and again to unnecessarily busy the thread instead of reading
what the fuck does the invis watch track time spent invisible?
exactly this
But they are, most of those are reused from the Portal 2 game, like all those "Trying hacking" or the "act natural" they are vague enough to work in tf2, but seem like they were meant for tf2.
There lines where Wheatley specifically references Spy's knife.
exactly this
beyond it having a strange quality and therefore doing a tad more than a regular watch - who the hell cares how long they have spent cloaked? Not a solid choice for the rare crate imo; if I got a #50 and uncrated the watch I would be pretty bummed.
The meat has jigglebones. Rejoice!

Pass the bummed-out feeling to someone else so you'll feel better.
OP should edit a FAQ into the original post to reduce same question spam, even if only slightly. Fortunately some stranges inside of Salvaged Crates are initially very cheap. I got my Holiday Punch for only 2 keys before the price somehow exploded to 5.
You should totally just give it to me instead. Pass the bummed-out feeling to someone else so you'll feel better.
You're so thoughtful Psychopath, it's nice to know someone is looking out for me in these hard times.
Wheatly doesn't seem to have an indication he's in sapping range like the other two sappers. This is kind of a minor nerf, as it makes it slightly harder to use.
Can other people hear Wheatly talk? That may be a problem when you are cloaked.
Wheatly doesn't seem to have an indication he's in sapping range like the other two sappers. aw yea
Yay, new crates at last... but now I shudder at figuring out how I'm going to obtain crate #50 on the relative cheap for my collection, because holy crap people are going to want to open that for at least three of the things within. Crazy stuff, seems they're getting more devious about ensuring there's at least something in there anyone will want.
Ok, so I gather that the hair and meat are Don't Starve promos, and that Wheatley and the Boots are from the Box, and that the paint and strange grease are in crates, but what about the rest, namely the Borderland2 stuff? How in the world do you get them?
Does anyone have a list of what weapons are not available in crates? I think we have every stock weapon in Strange variety now.
