TIMEOUT /T 60 between each batch instance. 60 is the amount of seconds you want it to wait for.
Thanks, that worked nicely. No more computer lags also.
Would it be possible to have someone else upgrade a f2p account through their paypal? Sadly I don't have a credit card to use, but if it's a relatively safe transaction, maybe someone who does could upgrade accounts for ingame currency.
Thanks, that worked nicely. No more computer lags also.
yeah, that's what I use it for as well
Idled 10 accounts last night and got 2 hat drops. Although I think because of community going on and off I only got like 60 items. Not complaining :) Also accepting the new steam ToS 30 times was not fun :(
Thanks, that worked nicely. No more computer lags also.
Would you be so kind and give me example of batch file where's this paramater included? I mean for 2-3 accounts at least.

So I can't seem to get the "accept Steam User Agreement" to stick. It's making me accept it again every time I start a sandboxed instance of Steam, which means I can't use -applaunch at all. Any help here?
In the file you launch the sandboxes, just add it after each instance
Works. Thank you.
With all this tf2idle, folders and programs installed, is it safe to use ccleaner and disk defrag?

Then you can launch the batch for TF2.
Every time I try to make my idle accounts premium, it says an unexpected error has occurred and to contact steam support. So apparently you can only have one or 2 idle accounts now? :\
What kind of payment method are you using?
Debit and even tried paypal. Thinking about trying paysafecard, but in the US, there is no payment option for that. :\

It means I can't automate rotation anymore because it requires me to click on Accept some 20 times before I can actually start the second group idling.

Have we figured out a good throwaway payment method yet? EntroPay was working fine until they send me a message about how they need scans of my photo ID and my Social Security number. NOPE.
Found a funky way for distinguishing accounts in the toolbar tray at the bottom right. I replaced the .ico with numbers to signify the account. Makes trading a lot easier. I've only made 6 but if you need more let me know. They're really easy to make. http://www.mediafire.com/?5jvbo4te7cynwni Put the /Public/ folder in the respective Steam account you want to number.
I've been trying to use the program tf2idle. It worked but now when I run it, it wants a decryption key? What do I do?
Is it possible to lock all of Sandboxie's processes to a given CPU core or otherwise limit the collective CPU bandwidth of the idle accounts? I currently can't run 15 accounds while also playing games because they constantly fluctuate in CPU usage. I'm currently working around it by making the TF2 I actually want to play not use multicore rendering...

You can set it to low priority but I don't think it'll make any difference. Locking the cpu usage of a program would cause a lot of instability and cpu freezing. Multicore processors are already designed to run optimal. Just idle while you're sleeping, but if you have 3 digits of accounts, you should consider buying a cheap/used extra box to idle.
Yeah my accounts are down because of the steam license agreement or whatever. I have no idea how to work around it. If i accept it, it just opens up the account's steam page, which is unresponsive everytime. any techies got any solutions? i'm not the only one with this problem

Accept the agreement on each account, it only shows up once per account. Then run the TF2 batches. If the licence agreement is showing more than one time per account, avoid deleting the sandbox contents.
If the licence agreement is showing more than one time per account, avoid deleting the sandbox contents.
Thanks! That's what I was looking for.
Yeah I saw your post, but what trading batches are you talking about?
gambler meant batch files that start Steam accounts sandboxed but don't start them idling. "Trading Batches" because you can use them to start Steam without TF2 to make trading quicker. Try something like this "C:\SANDBOXIE PATH HERE\Start.exe" /box:SANDBOX_NAME "C:\STEAM PATH HERE\Steam.exe" -login USERNAME PASSWORD Then accept the Steam agreement on those, make sure Sandboxie isn't set to automatically delete sandbox contents, and you're done. You should only have to do this once per account.

They just want to make sure that you're the real owner of the CC, it's a security measure.
Does valve care if all the cards have the same billing address?
Nope, as long as it's legit.
Hi I followed the tutorial when i press idle1 in M.A.I.D it will login into my account and start game then it just disappears...nothing happens when i bring up my friends list it shows that im in game yet i dont see textmode ...anyone else have this problem and have a solution? thanks!
You can definitely have more than 2 premium accounts using the same debit card, the thing is.. you have to wait a week or 2 inbetween before converting a new account. I know this from experience. I'm currently on account #7 and the past 4 accounts have all been activated from my debit card. With about 2-3 weeks time inbetween. As for any other methods? Not really.. there used to be the Vanilla Visa gift cards (which I used for accounts #1-#3 way back) but paypal no longer accepts these, you may have some trouble using the card directly on steam.. and the $5 activation fee when purchasing this card really doesn't make it worth it to use anymore.
