Colorado is so far from central it's crazy.

Is it central in location? Yes. Is it central based on population? Fuck no.

Texas or somewhere in the middle part of the eastern coast would be more central. My guess is OP just got a Colorado server because he lives there. Everyone in the server just now had 100+ ping. That's not exactly catering to everyone.

Also there's a no racism rule. What the fuck?
