When Valve mistakenly gave me (former dirty idler) a Lament with that recent patch, I deleted it (for reasons of justice and aesthetics).

In all honesty, I think all-class hats should be limited to comparison with other all-class hats. I can't really compare a Bill's Hat to a Tosslecap.
Of course you can, its opinion derpaderp.
But one is a hat for all classes and one is for one class.
I like both hats obviously but I can't tell which I rather wear since I can easily wear both in a completely different fashion.

That's super tough. I'd say Bill's Hat since it looks good and goes on every class. Even though Tosslecap looks good, it goes on one class.

Absolutely free, I don't pay for the hosting, it's just hosted with my friends' website which he pays $20 per month for it. I got a free domain too (my actual name, gonna buy an actual domain related to what I make sometime though).
