Scotsman's stovepipe or Max's Severed Head.
Well, this is pretty damn obvious.

2 Killer's Kabuto 1199
3 Hound Dog 1151
4 Officer's Ushanka
HELL YES.
:)
With the weapon rating you can clearly see wich weapons are underrated/underpowered.
Like the bonesaw and the paint train.
VALVe should use this to buff/nerf items.
i'm amazed that some combinations actually give me pause as to what i like more....vast majority of these hats do nothing!

Two equally terrible hats. Why oh why do I even have to pick one.
Something I realized:
For the weapons thing, the frying pan is considered a separate weapon than that of the Shovel and Bottle. Same thing for Horsemann's axe opposed to Eyelander.
So why aren't Big Kill and Lugermorph up there as separate weapons as opposed to Pistol and Revolver?

Because I honestly did not care about finding out which classes they went on and adding them to a table, etc.

Fair call. Glad you didn't add the Golden Wrench, or it'd get every vote. :D

Whoopee is for the easy-going Scoot who likes to annoy enemies. Milkman on the other hand, makes more sense when you're using Milk.
Anyway, I love both of them.
If you're going to include the Frying Pan and the Headtaker, you really should include The Lugermorph and The Big Kill.

rate me clocks
Sweet now I can use other people's opinions of hats rather than my own personal choice to decide which are my favourite!
Still good to see though what people want.

you love everything with scout written on it

They are both still terrible to me. They don't fit in with the theme of the game in any way at all (none of the Polycount hats do, so the Milkman isn't the only one).

Why does it not surprise me that Rong disagrees on my opinion that these are shit hats.

Why do people constantly whine about hats "not fitting the theme of TF2"? To me, all of the hats fit the characters and their personalities, and they all look good in different ways. TF2 is wacky, the hats are wacky, they're both wacky so they both fit, end of story.

So you are saying a hat from a Dr Suess story fits a mentally unbalanced soldier who is stuck in the mindset that people are spying on him and thinks his country is still at war?
You are saying that a tiny little green blob totally makes sense to be on a pyromaniacs head?
You are saying that half of the hats are not obnoxious? Hats originally were based off the characters background/ themes, hence the Ushanka, the baseball helmet and the solder helmet. They all fitted their class perfectly, they were not outlandish and over the top, and accented the class. None of the new hats really do hat, they make barely and sense when compared to the older hats. There is a line between being wacky, and being down right retarded.
The hats stopped making sense around the time the community ones started getting in.

Hey, my Kabuto makes plenty of sense!

Well more-so than the Viking helm :P

In theory they fit the charters personalities, in practice, they look like they're in the wrong game, that's why we complain that they don't fit the art style of TF2.
It's like the old days of the Emporium, whenever someone would port a gun over, Sure, it probably makes sense, but it doesn't look good.

We know, Ayes. Killer's Kabuto is by far my favorite Soldier hat. I didn't mean all of them however, but yours is definitely one of the top notch quality ones.
Ah, 'twas fun while it lasted. Look at the stats!

Fancy Fedora's still no.1? I guess hatless sniper for it was a good trade then.
The Blut sucks but the revolver completely deserves to be on top
