Models updates until now they only had the team skins and ubers and outdated bones i updated them did textures, viewmodels for the medic,ect in any case they link you to the gamebanana page there you can see more screenshots.

They probably do this since so many contributes are from other countries, and depending on if you do the tedious paperwork and get an itin number you pay a different amount of tax etc.
for example one might want to not pay any taxes until you've gotten your itin number so you won't have to pay twice

why would anyone tape wine glasses to their chest, they'll just shatter if you were ever to trip over or get shot etc

I think this would work better if it was a melee weapon (bottle type) because there's no good reason (even for tf2) to have goblets attached to you'r chest.

I mean, this is the class that can wear skulls, orange vials (made of glass) and cannonballs on his chest. It's not really a stretch to have metal goblets.
