Although I agree they can be VERY strict at times, I just find it hard to believe that you folks were banned for saying things like damn, shit, crap etc. I am pretty sure they warned you first. Unless it was some 10 year old admin. And why play on their servers if you hate them so much? There are at least hundreds of other server out there with almost the exact same rules, why not troll on them? Seems like one big bandwagon to me.

I wish I were joking when I said I was part of this clan for a while, my time there was actually really long, and I eventually started getting extremely ticked off by the rules and left.
My experience:
- Admins are hypocritical bastards they break the rules and then ban people who rat them out. (Almost had a front row seat to this)
- Character Swears, I'm not kidding, they actually did enforce this for one time or another.
- Last but not least, holy mother of god, all the head admins are 40 somethings from the Deep South of the United states, and they are all pedophiles. Group meetings inadvertently always ended up with them trying to hit on one of the teenage female members.
when was "damn" still considered a swear. One of my friends just told me he got banned for that... are the kids there really that young?!

As for why it's trademarked, there is actually a trademark on it. You can search the TESS government database for it. They updated the system that doesn't allow you to search for =(xxx)= anymore for coding reasons, so good luck finding it. But I've seen it before.

[B]EDIT:[/B] After playing on the server for an hour I was not banned. Although I did not swear I did question some admins about the rules and they could not give me a logical reason about why they are enforced other than "BECAUSE THIS SERVER HAS RULES". I did not come across any prepubescent admins. Probably because the server time was 11:00 pm and little Timmy the admin was in bed.
The only bad things that I noticed were HLStatsX and the people who suck up to admins who say things like "Hurr nice shot. Can I have sex with you? 18/f/US"
