If it's craftable, you could probably do a 1:1. If it's uncraft, you only need something like 3 refined.

I can do painted loadouts also. But it depends on the item. Because a lot of the items count as effects and I can not paint them.

You can see how the pipe quality got messed up from skewing it. So if I painted the mutton chops drab, would they look better?
