feedback would be warmly appreciated.
Really nice Scout, very mobster feel to it, looks really nice as is, best use of Trinket I've seen on Scout thus far. Keep as is, no paint necessary. Soldier looks like a zombie Ice-Climber, I guess? Not really a fan of using seasonal items that don't show up on most servers, pretty dull loadout in my opinion. Cool Pyro I guess, the silly tan wrap causes that crease which gives Pyro a muppet look, replace the badge with Sore Eyes for silly fun times. Very Scottish Demoman, you've got the skirt, shanter and chops compounding to the look. I suppose it's better then Demoknight or Pirate, throw a Nessie's Nine Iron on there and you'll have full golfer Demo. Quite nice Heavy, good use of the Tyrannosaurus, trinket and papa-rat-chick, it all works together well. Good work! With your Engi and Medic, I think the muffler and chops is a nice combo, but the hat is out of place on both of them. Rather then a white that's not reflected elsewhere, give Engi something to accent the chops and muffler, like an Ol' Geezer. For the Medic, instead of looking like Scrooge with those chops, I suggest getting a Procedure Mask and replace the helmet with a Doctor's Sack. The muffler, mask, and sack all add up to make you look sick- a face mask to prevent spreading germs, a muffler to keep your temperature warm, the sack to cool your head. Your Sniper's alright, I think painting the Trophy Belt Team Spirit would help it quite a bit though in terms of color distribution. Pretty decent Safari Sniper loadout. Your Spy is a hot mess, the hat is painted an unfitting color that stands out like a sore thumb, the beard is just there, same with the business casual. The items have no interplay, it's like you randomly selected three Spy items and called it a day.
Can I get banned for using a swastika decal on clan pride? I mean, I'm not nazi or something, I just think it fits well the Soldier.
No you won't, but Valve will erase your decal and everyone will think you are stupid.

Hello all, I got a new loadout, I guess. Need some painty help.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/M4kcdMY.png[/t]
A million thanks, it looks even better than I had hoped.
Figured I'd post my loadouts and get your guys' feedback, please let me know what you think! Scout- TS Bills, AE Track Terrorizer, TS Spooky Sleeves. I'm torn on it, because on the one hand, it looks pretty dang nice, pretty cool misc combination, good color distribution, etc, but on the other hand, it doesn't particularly fit the Scout's personality or character, I feel very 'Tact1c00l' wearing it. Probably just need a different hat. [t]http://i.imgur.com/K60xjOR.png[/t] Soldier- ADLH Honcho's (Don't have), ADLH FDU (Don't have), Tuxxy. This is one of the loadouts Demon previewed for me, and it looks really nice. I like it quite a bit, it's thematic, with the Soldier's obvious military aspirations and character, while looking good with excellent color distribution of the bands of white from his wrists, shoulder, and hat to balance out into a nice accent. [t]http://i.imgur.com/Nj8VhwN.png[/t] Pyro- Hottie's Hoodie, AAD Hazmat, Merc's Muffler. I like the casual hoodie and scarf, the hazmat looks nice and I think it and the hoodie work really well together and cancel out their bad sides. Normally, the Hazmat looks pinched, and on the normal gasmask the hoodie looks too tight and form-fitting, but together, the Hoodie adds a wider profile to his head while the smaller Hazmat makes the Hoodie look looser and, overall, more appealing. I painted the Hazmat An Air of Debonair to accent the muddier color on the legs of his suit. [t]http://i.imgur.com/3hPmT.png[/t] Demo- TS Killer Exclusive, Snapped Pupil, Bearded Bombardier. Pretty happy with this one, irritating that I have to use the loadout glitch every time to equip it. Considering whether I should paint the Bombadier black. This loadout came about because I loved the idea of the Snapped Pupil ever since it was created, and I've always wanted to use it in a loadout, but I had never seen someone put it to good use, it's just difficult to work into a loadout well. However, I really like this one, I always think of it with a little story in my mind, with the Demo sitting around the base getting drunk, reflecting on the day of combat where he'd get shot by the sniper time and time again in his good eye, so that night he goes back to base and tapes a polaroid of his eye over his eyepatch with the drunken logic that he'll fool the Sniper into shooting his bad eye and make everyone think he sees out of that eye instead. Anyway, I like it quite a bit, it's simple, fits the character, and isn't some silly turban or pirate hat. [t]http://i.imgur.com/RHeBj.png[/t] Heavy- One Man Army, AE All-Father, Papa-rat-chick's Apparel. Ah, the wild Heavy. I love this loadout, I just wish I could paint the One Man Army hair instead of the band so I could find a more fitting color, and not have to have the green tinted beard, unfortunately AE is the closest you can get to the OMA hair as is. Mountain Man Hoovy reporting for duty, ready to wrestle bears and scale mountains. Again, it fits the Heavies character, I like to imagine that he's just stopped caring about hygiene after the constant war of Red and Blu is endlessly fought, and as a consequence has grown some gnarly locks and a luscious beard. [t]http://i.imgur.com/3mDwA.png[/t] Engineer- N/A One of the classes I don't have a loadout, or plan, for yet. I'll probably throw out a bunch of ideas for testing and see if anything works out. Medic- N/A The other class I'm just not sure on as of yet. I'll keep kicking around ideas and see if anything sticks. Sniper- Flamingo Kid, Outback Intellectual, Merc's Muffler. Just feels very fitting, and works together well. The textures work well together in my opinion, the loadout matches the character, it seems like it's just gear the Sniper would wear, and it doesn't seem too seasonal, just a nice standard loadout that fits the Sniper well while looking nice. [t]http://i.imgur.com/q7vuO.png[/t] Spy- Cosa Nostra Cap, ADLH Business Casual, Tuxxy. Ah yes, the open jacket illusion, one of the loadouts I consider very much mine, a unique combo that I've never seen elsewhere. While it isn't perfect, I've grown to love it and can't bear to give it up. I wish it were more seamless, but for what it is, I'll take it. Considering painting the Cap white. [t]http://i.imgur.com/mog2Y.png[/t] Quick question list: 1) What hat would work for my Scout to replace the Bill's, which would be more in line with the Scout's character while still looking good with the AE Track and TS Sleeves? 2) Should I paint my Demo's Bearded Bombardier? Right now I think the beard ages him a lot compared to the standard Demo, painting it a standard hair color could help, what color would you suggest? 3) Should I keep the Cosa Nostra Cap as is, or paint the band white to help balance out the huge white concentration on his torso? 4) Any suggestions for Engi or Medic loadouts at all? Anyway, please share your opinions! I'd love to get some feedback or suggestions on any or all of them, comments always help.

Personally I recommend painting the Track Terrorizer After Eight and leaving the other two untouched, as the AE on the Digit Divulger is unnoticeable and a waste of a valuable paint, and as I said I think the unpainted Jefe looks best. Just my take on it.

Is there any way I could change it to make it effectively reflect that? (Preferably while keeping the hat?)[/SUP] I'll edit this with my response to yours shortly. As for yours: I like this Scout but I agree that the hat should be changed. Unfortunately, the Scout doesn't have any good looking "professional" hats, or really any at all. Maybe Ellis's Cap, or another baseball cap painted red/black? A spine-chilling skull could also be cool in a different way. I love that Soldier so much. Nothing to be done with him. The hoodie and hazmat look good on the Pyro, but the scarf doesn't really work on it, in my opinion. A scrap pack or a Pineapple in green would look pretty neat, and give it a radioactive theme. This Demoman is really nice! Something about him screams experience. Oh, that Heavy rocks. It's a darn shame about the beard being a different color than his hair. Are you sure Lack of Hue wouldn't work better? I don't like that Sniper much. The Muffler and Intellectual are fairly matching but the hat absolutely isn't. I'm getting a survival vibe with the wooden rifle and the backpack, and Sniper has plenty of survival hats. That Spy's darn classy, but the open jacket illusion doesn't work, at least from what I can see. Could I get an in-game shot?
Hmm. I keep screwing around and trying to make a schoolgirl Soldier. I guess zombie doesn't work for that at all. I was thinking maybe Teufort Tooth-Kickers in a dark colour, but I'm not sure.
If you're going for schoolgirl Soldier (weird theme, but whatever) you should use miscs like Flair/Pocket Medic, Merc's Pride Scarf, Deadliest Duckling, Balloonicorne/Boo Balloon, Faerie Solitaire Pin. I don't really think schoolgirl Soldier works as a theme, but those are some suggestions if you really want to try it.
Actually, I tried that, but the club goes into the text above the screen on the loadout view. (Fun fact: The Shanter is Level 18.)
Mostly just joking around, it's fine as is, without the club it's more scottish and less golfer, which is better because at least the scottish trait fits the Demoman to some degree, golfing has fuckall to do with him.
I think I agree with you, but I feel bad not using the Longwave at all. Maybe I could paint it to make it fit on the Engie?
You could, but unless you're really attached to it, I'd recommend finding alternatives, while a Cream Spirit Longwave can work, it wouldn't for this loadout and in general isn't worth the effort.
Oh no! But that's my favorite loadout ; n ; The idea was for him to be a French policeman. Is there any way I could change it to make it effectively reflect that? Soldier - Using miscs that clips 0/10 bad color balance here too. You need the color of his legs/boots around his head area. Pyro - Bad picture, random scarf (not even painted...) plus a stupid and unfitting canteen 0/10. Demo - Overly used beard... The snapped pupil is a just a bad misc in general (tuxxy works here instead) 5/10 heavy - Different color of his hair and his beard, overly used style on the sweater, try inspector instead. 0/10 Sniper - usch what a mess. Is the theme chaos perhaps? Spy - Using conflicting miscs that look terrible and are stupid together 0/10. Not even using spats to balance out the white color...
I don't want to read through these walls of text god
