Itemtest might not show all of them but you can always equip each cosmetic and see how they look. after that, all you have to do is "think" and "imagine". come on, its not THAT HARD IS IT.

garry's mod works perfectly ok, since you just want a rough idea of how it looks.

Apart from the fact that my Foster's is non-vintage and unpainted and I have a Shadenfreude, this is the exact Pyro cosmetics loadout I use. And while I roll Degreaser+Flare+Powerjack nowadays, I used to play Stockthrower+Detonator+Homewrecker up until just recently. Creepy.

I like the 2nd Sniper and the 1st Pyro. The teeth are ok on sniper, but I would go for another misc. The Koala Compact would fit quite nicely.
