Yeah, BMOC clips slightly with it, it fucking sucks. How easy would it be to just add the model you provided there as a style to the hat.

Scout looks thrown together, I see what you were trying to do with the Pyro, but the hazmat ruins it. Jingle Belt would work better.

Brace your criticism glands: The scout is attrocious. Nothing matches at all, and it doesn't have a theme or fit in the slightest way. I'd start over or if you want a karate scout, unpaint the FL and get some Flip Flops. The pyro looks nice though, if you paint the hazmat Radigan, Muskellmannbraun, or Rustic you'd have yourself a sweet christmas loadout. (Maybe request those in the requests thread?). Also I see the end of your Phlog you dirty, dirty person

Well, using phlog in MvM is amazing. (Playing a custom MvM map in that snapshot) I normally use stock.

I'd go middle Medic if it weren't for Archimedes.
I'd swap out the bird for The Couvre Corner or the Nine-Pipe.

I'm guessing Archimedes does not fit to well? I could try the Nine-Pipe and the Couvre Corner. But I'm not a fan of them.

It's not that it doesn't fit the theme, it's actually a pretty classy twist, it's just that it's a bit awkward in the way that it juts out of the Medic's shoulder.
If you like it, feel free to keep it, I just wanted to provide some options.
So, I've just replaced my Couvre Corner with a Dr.Whoa, and I love it.

I'm wondering, however, whether I should wear it on my Spy as well.

On one hand, it looks good and it doesn't [I]break[/I] the theme I'm going for. On the other hand, it doesn't help the theme either, and a totally consistent two-item loadout somehow feels cooler than a less consistent three-item one. What do you think? Agree for keep, disagree for unequip.
