It was the chapeau and the wrap that looked bad, the wrap and rail spikes are pretty cool

No, other people can't see mods that you have installed over those glitched miscs.

I like them. You've consistently chosen classy, fitting items and put them together nicely. The one loadout I don't quite like is the spy; The individual items are nice, but I find the combination a little odd. I'd suggest either going with Beret + Col Roule + Spats or Detective Noir + Congierge + Balaclavas-painted Spats.
You could also maybe swap the Koala Compact and Archimedes for the Mutton Mann, but that's just me being really petty.
