I suggest that you replace the shades with the Siberian Sophisticate(unpainted or black).
I think that the wiki cap fits a higher ranked police officer and those tend to use suits, not shades.

I've been using the Shades since I won them from a raffle. I've been looking to get a Sophisticate but the price currently is a bit too steep for my tastes, I'm going to wait for it to drop to a more-reasonable pricerange before I do so.

i was looking for a ''terminal patient'' theme, the doc's holiday and the sack accomplish each other while i chose the medi-mask since it's like a respirator.

To be honest, all of them look like that. But don't mind me, I prefer most of the classes almost without any cosmetic item.

Egh, I never liked the Medi-Mask, it just doesn't really look that good on the Medic in my eyes.
On a side-note I always thought it looked like a dog's nose.
