Red. Defensive spy on any payload map is extremely fun.

I never really play TF2, but I always pick red in red/blue based team games.
I like attacking (in most maps ) so Blu.

The beta video? I don't remember what color the Engineer was, but he got about 15 kills. Then the Heavy got around 10, the Sniper killed the Heavy, the Spy killed the Sniper, the Scout killed the Pyro, the Demo killed the Scout, a Heavy and an Engineer/SG. I think that was the end of the kills in that video. I believe it swapped colors with every new class demonstration, too.
I usually don't care, I just hit 1 and auto-assign unless I really want to be a douchebag and teamstack.

I'm partial to Red myself. Their bases always seem to have a lot more TF2 "Flavor" to them, with hay, wooden farm houses holding tons of nuclear warheads...etc. Blu bases are like, sheet metal and some pipes and stuff. Also, I like the nice vibrant Red uniforms, the Blu ones aren't as vibrant, I think their uniforms are kinda boring to be honest.
