The red team fire needs to be implemented by valve. most servers don't allow it due to consistency.

I'm including the Dalokohs fix but not the medal, since it makes mercenary look like the other ones at dark etc. I even said to my friend: "Wow you got a Primal Warrior!" before realizing it was a Mercenary...

Nope, things like the fixed backpack icons went too. Weird. Either way, I reinstalled them all & they work fine now.

Removed the engineer HUD improvements as they are now obsolete, and the link for the items/hats icons link is the same so who read this, go download the new version.
Also I think most of NeoDement's killicon pack are in TF2 now. And having it installed will get rid of the new one's I think

Good thing Geel9 has made textures for the Repair Node, we can find them here: [URL]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XndY5lNxvC8&feature=related[/URL]. Not sure if the textures will get accepted into the GCF because the Repair Node is old, could make the Repair Node useful when mapping and placing it in a window where players cannot get to it since they have more attention to the combat outside.

That bothered me in the Meet The Heavy video. He holds a nice detailed looking bullet in his hand ,but on his bandoleer he has something that looks like orange lipstick. I know you can't have too many polys in game at once ,but it seems like a bit more detail could of been put into it.

It's to fit with the theme. I think it would look really weird if the heavy had those bullets on his bullet chain

Shugo's icons aren't a fix because the original icons weren't broken, they just look better to some people and worse to others.
Animated minigun shells aren't a fix because they come with their own problem, spinning on the ground, and the default effect was fine.
TF2 themed menus isn't a fix
Bumpmaps for ubercharge isn't a fix as Valve likely left out bumpmaps on purpose
Jiggleboned Toque isn't a fix
Soldier medal isn't really a fix unless you consider the picture of the medal canon
By all means leave them up but they really aren't "fixes"
my icons definitely aren't a fix if Shugo's arent't
plus some of Shugo's icons literally are fixes, the Scotsman's Skullcutter (and possibly others) don't even fit inside the icon box.

some are fixes so I guess it can still count
but yeah that's the case with Shugo's and Neo's icons, some are welcome fixes, and some are just alternates
my point is that Alien Swarm hat probably fits in with the current list.
