You know what Valve needs to fix too? If you play Demoman with the default Grenade Launcher, it won't play the animation in the character selection screen. However, it does for the Loch-n-Load.
Any idea when these will be out in Merry Ol' England?
Any idea when these will be out in Merry Ol' England?
They're on amazon, but we get utterly fucked price wise.
...So then can I have your code?
We'll see mate, Pyro's in the mail right now.
"Oh man, the FREE hat I got with my Bitchin' TF2 Action figure isn't up to my standards! LAZY FUCKING VALVE" this shit is why I stopped playing TF2 entirely, TF2 is only about hats now I bought a Pyro cause he looks really cool, I could give a rats ass what hat he had
It's really not the fucking hat, its that it's a shit promo for a cool toy that is limited due to the promo's existence. They don't want to keep making new keys for it, so they limited the units to 10,000, and I'm sure there's more than 10,000 people wanting them. Edit: By them I mean the toys, but you know this also means there's cunts going after them just for the shite promo.
limited due to the promo's existence
...Why would you even think this?
Wow, people are really buying the actions figures just for the stupid hats? That's sad.
Wow, people are really buying the actions figures just for the stupid hats? That's sad.
There are most likely people who would buy a jar of HIV for an all-class reskin.
Wow, people are really buying the actions figures just for the stupid hats? That's sad.
Well having a figure of one of your favorite characters is also a pretty cool thing...
10000 red 10000 blu. When the people that bought it for the digital hat realise that it's a crap promo they can sell it to the people that wanted to play with the doll. Where is the problem?
Well having a figure of one of your favorite characters is also a pretty cool thing...
Yeah, I pre-ordered mine before I even knew there would be items. It's neat as a collectors thing and the figures don't cost $200 like those other statues.
Wow, people are really buying the actions figures just for the stupid hats? That's sad.
I don't get why people are pretending to be surprised about this. People are buying $60 games just for hats. Why would this be any different.
I don't get why people are pretending to be surprised about this. People are buying $60 games just for hats. Why would this be any different.
Steam games are something the average American won't break by accidentally sitting on. That's a pretty big difference.
Don't see what difference that makes but ok.
There are most likely people who would buy a jar of HIV for an all-class reskin.
Why not genuine jarate as promo?
Wow, people are really buying the actions figures just for the stupid hats? That's sad.
I truthfully bought the portal CD only for the box, because the soundtrack was online for free beforehand [editline]3rd February 2013[/editline] speaking of the box, poor souls that still have it can't open it
You know what Valve needs to fix too? If you play Demoman with the default Grenade Launcher, it won't play the animation in the character selection screen. " it won't play the animation in the character selection screen" press , hover over demoman no anim
it's because they set the sticky launcher to not play the animation awhile ago, so if you have it equipped it doesn't play.
it's because they set the sticky launcher to not play the animation awhile ago, so if you have it equipped it doesn't play.
But that begs the question of, why?
If we're still having arguments over TF2, Stranges were a godsend. They were the bridge between items and gameplay, they give you a bit more of a reason to play.

I'm sure they helped increase key sales.
But that begs the question of, why?
if you equip boots + stickylauncher, it defaults to showing the SL
yea, however, this breaking is a recent thing, so they must have changed the way the game treats the parameter.
Glad they didn't add a new genuine item just for figures. They should just do genuine versions of stuff already ingame from now on for the really exclusive stuff like comic-con and the like instead of cluttering the game files with items that only 50 or so people will have.
I haven't seen the TF2 figurines at my local Toys R Us yet, did see the left 4 dead ones though of Boomer and Smoker.
I haven't seen the TF2 figurines at my local Toys R Us yet, did see the left 4 dead ones though of Boomer and Smoker.
I hate how I've never seen a hunter action figure :u
I hate how I've never seen a hunter action figure :u
I didn't see any there. Maybe because Hunter's the most popular?
