Everyone else gets cool stuff based on their Heritage such as Russia and Germany, while the Demoman gets Skin color related things instead of Scottish things, such as a Bucket of KFC as a hat.
Maybe a Scottish pack would be pretty good, but apart from wearing that hat that he's already got and playing bagpipes, what do they actually do?
