Engineer hardly does much with his mouth so you can easily get it to stay on and look good.
Here's an alternative that I made for the sap-shooter [img]http://img3.imageshack.us/img3/825/0001uk.png[/img] Still not found a name tough, it basically use air compression to shoots (poisoneous) needles. Hmm, i can see that texturing isnt your strong thing, Communist Cake. Maybe have the paint strokes go with the flow of the model and make tf2 logo etched in not painted on.

It's bigger than the mouth in all directions, so that when he talks, the skin will clip into the mesh, but not the mouth. That's mainly what Corey was asking for. Keep it solid. Hair doesn't have any distinct paint style anyway. But it'd be funny if it was taped on (Albeit I'll get yelled at for "copying" the whiskers)

I'm under the assumption you can just attach it to nearby bones and it would bend all on it's own like the body's mesh does.
