Just so you know, Valve cut the classes out of their portraits as an alpha mask and if you reference the "_alpha" versions of their vmts, then they'll have transparency. They're stored in vgui/class_portraits. And as a side-note: I just noticed they added an "all_class" portrait, which must have been done for my tips mod; my mod had a 10th tips category for general tips, but until now it had no icon. Interesting that they made it, but ultimately they didn't use it. Kind of disappointing now that I know, but oh well; none of those general tips were really that important anyway. What happened to the full text overhaul, with updated descriptions and custom hat/weapon descriptions (and levels!)? I remember there was a beta release, but that's about it.

I extract to the 'tf' folder, no? Edit: Turns out, extract to TF folder. it doesn't work when you first spawn, but after you suicide once it works.
Well technically you can still see his other eye from odd angles :P I was thinking were the line of his hair touches the bandage, just behind the eye and infront of the ear, with small droplet-like stains on the bandage below it.

wouldn't it clip through the surgical mask and earbuds or is it for the misc slot?
