It's part of the model.
Two blended animations (full and empty) controlled by the ubercharge parameter.
I finally found the texture for the dead ringer cloak meter (which I'll probably use for my new watch) since it seems I can either have the basic linear progress bar or the Circular progress bar. those are hardcoded so I can't make a new kind or progressbar, I'll probably change the texture however.
for those interested the name of the texture are named "pocket_watch_FG" and "pocket_watch_BG" and have each their own vmt file too.

Okay, if you wanna use the ProBoolean tool, this is what you do:
Create the object you want to edit first, I used a sphere.
Now, create the objects you either want to add or subtract from the model, I used cylinders to create holes.
Next, select the object you're editing, go to the Object Tab, use the drop down menu to select Compound Objects, then select ProBoolean
When you do that it has a button on the ProBoolean settings that says "Start Picking", click it, then click all your objects.
Then, unselect everything, and select ONLY the objects you used to cut through the first object, and delete them.

Also, I hope you don't mind me asking, but this is the best modeling place on the forum if you ask me. The thing is, I keep watching tutorials and everything and I try and tinker but I just can't improve. I am just stuck at being a beginner that does box modeling.
Can you guys give me some sort of homework, give me something to model because I can't come up with anything good to do.

Dude, simple shapes. Start out with the Monitor, move to the keyboard, then the cell phone, then the coke bottle, and finish off with the 360 controller.
After that, then design a flamethrower for the Pyro. You should be ready by then. :P

I figure TF2 physics explain it perfectly. It goes through his disguise masks just fine, why not a hockey mask?
