Whats wrong with the bazaar interface? The outpost interface is a bit cleaner but thats it.
As a reddit mod you should be used to bad interfaces.
"No one" is using bazaar because its hard to sell stuff(at least high value) when there is a small userbase. Outpost was made when tf2tp was dying so getting users wasnt hard as traders wanted a new trading site.
