Got a offer of Steaming Bubble Pipe (I think it's worth about 2 buds) on my Killer Kabuto. Worth it?

This is exactly what I did.
Cashed out, bought a clean max ... then kept a bud to turn into keys to buy knick knack items that tickled my fancy.
All those keys are gone now, I only have 1 ref in raw metal and no keys. Couldn't bother me less, I don't even bother to wear a proper loadout of hats anymore. Most of my classes I only wear 1 hat 1 misc or even just a hat and no misc.
Anyone know who might want to buy a Stormy Tosslecap?
So I was looking to get a Medic Mountain Cap with flies effect on it, but since I've never done business with unusuals before I'd like to know the best route to take.
Would it be better to try and trade a mass of keys for it, or just get buds with said keys and use those?
What's the current price of flies mountain caps anyway?

But now I want to name it something either WW2 Germany related, Field medic related or just veteran related.

I had to descriptions, one serious and one humourous.
The first would be something like "Field Hospital Horrors" with "The stench of death never washes away" as the desc.
The second one would be just a desc, I don't know of a good name. "They didn't have soap on the battlefield."
