Even though the effects are decent the hats are cancerous so selling them might be hard.

In a slightly related note, I picked up a head warmer with blizzard, was planning to sell it, but now I'm not sure.

As for bubbles Engineer cap.. I guess you could check what other listings have it at. I'd probably put it somewhere between 15-20 keys+/- (off the top of my head), but I personally like Engineer's cap, so there is also that.
