Guys, My strange huntsman + bills for a Unusual Crocleather Slouch (Orbiting Planets) This one seems like it's worth it
Nothing sucks more then trying to buy a hat, and ALL the sellers are sitting on it for months, expecting someone to pay a Buyout they set, because "they're attached to it, and must be a good offer to let it go" No one gives two shits about trading sentimental value. You want a high tier Pyro hat, I have one. Your buyout is 12, my hat's 14. Just please stop wasting mine and everyone's time and taking a month to think about it. >.< (It was a burning tower of hats I offered on) I.e: this clown http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5778725 Just because you're a "Com Admin" (w/e that is) doesn't mean you have to be a total tard.
Your hat isn't worth 14 though. You paid like ~6 and you said that that was a little too much, my friend sold his for a lantern flamenco (~7). Obviously if all these people are rejecting you it's not worth it, it's not exactly a great looking hat, either.
>guy gets offered over his buyout >still wants to think about it for a few days and wait for more offers
So the guy that scammed me is at it again. My report is in the 5th page now. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6924025 I even reported to TF2OP and there was no hiding of pages or anything. BEST ADMINS 2012 :DDDD!!!

Seeing as unusuals are cheap as shit nowdays, could I get one with my backpack? http://steamcommunity.com/id/would_you_kindly/inventory/#440

And why the fuck would you go first with that guy...
I remember they had like 2k reports of backlog to go through, that was about a month ago when they got rid of Suttles, there are probably more now lol.
Actually, the reports hit 0 within a couple of days, and at this very moment, there's 55 reports.
Need a bit of advice from you unusual trade veterans. I mainly want to get a blizz/bubbles beak or blizz/bubbles le party phantom to complement the Holiday Headcase/octopuss hat, but I don't want to break the bank to buy them. I don't give two farts about making a profit, but I do care about a loss. In case I want the buds back, I do care about selling them easily and breaking even in pure promos. Seems the blizz beak's suggested price is 2.4-3, and the blizz party phantom is around 2.2-2.8. Bubbles Beak suggested: 2.4-3 Bubbles Party Phantom suggested: 1.9-2.5 Traders are saying blizz/bubbles are tough to sell in general, yet they are still attempting to sell them above suggested prices (concerning blizz/bubbles beak and party phantom). So my question is, what buying price should I set for either four, so that if the time comes where I want to sell them, I can sell them easily and at breaking even in pure promos? edit: added bubbles to the mix

Just look what people are offering and offer a bit more. Pure promos are very sought after so if your offer is good enough you should easily get one.
Keep in mind, that I also want to buy it at a price where, in case I want to sell it again, I can sell it easily and with the goal of breaking even in pure promos.
Well everybody is greedy and it comes down to who is the most patient. Lucky for you blizzard is a very common and not sought after effect so the supply is big and demand low so sellers may be more inclined to sell for a low offer.
Would a Stormy 13th hour grimm hatte be a fair trade for a scorching trilby?
Thinking about offering my burning stash on a harvest moon one. Thoughts?
Got offered all 5 of these for my stormy tossle http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6893562 Should I take it?
That's a decent offer. Smoke is nice effect, the rest are kinda crap.
Anyone selling a cheap scout unusual (>20 keys)?

The only good mods are samhudson and helen. #smh

I purposely ignore your ban request(s) because of your refusal to ask politely. Sending me a link and saying "do your job" isn't something I'll respond kindly to. Oh, and there's a something called the report button, you could try using that sometime. Lastly, Helen isn't a mod, but an admin. We didn't bring her on aboard to do petty reports, but to ban scammers while doing SR reports.
Wait so you ignore reports because of his tone ignoring the reason completely?
I ignored reports that came from Suttles, unless it was serious (such as scamming). [editline]11th December 2012[/editline] I do that with anyone who doesn't ask kindly though.
That's a horrible policy.
How so? Why should I take the time to help someone if they can't even be polite about it, that makes no sense.
Snip, my point goes through the head of dick riders.
That's a horrible policy.
he said he doesn't ignore scammers
Why is eerie orbiting fire more popular than cauldron bubbles? I think eerie looks horrible
Mods aren't paid and demanding someone does your bidding when they're volunteering their free time is extremely entitled and rude. Also anyone got a cheap scout unusual?
Mods aren't paid and demanding someone does your bidding when they're volunteering their free time is extremely entitled and rude.
Still when you become a mod you have to do your job thats what you sign up for. A volunteer firefighter wont wait for you to say "help me please oh dear mr firefighter" to rescue you.
How so? Why should I take the time to help someone if they can't even be polite about it, that makes no sense.
Because it's the job you signed up for, regardless of how he tells you, it's still something that needs your attention.
Still when you become a mod you have to do your job thats what you sign up for. A volunteer firefighter wont wait for you to say "help me please oh dear mr firefighter" to rescue you.
As I said, if it is something important, than I'll help.
Because it's the job you signed up for, regardless of how he tells you, it's still something that needs your attention.
It doesn't need my attention at all, I don't do general reports, so I shouldn't even be held responsible for that in the first place. And as I said, there's a report button for a reason. Only in extreme cases should anyone directly contact a moderator/admin via Steam.
Snip, my point goes through the head of dick riders.
